This Is Where Comfort Begins
Healing isn’t just about treatment. It’s about how you sleep after surgery, what’s waiting for you when you walk through the door, and who shows up when you’re too tired to keep going.
Support in Everyday Life
Healing from breast cancer doesn’t just happen in the hospital.
Support from The Umbrella Project meets you where you are. Whether it’s practical care or emotional encouragement, every gesture is designed to bring you relief, dignity, and rest, on your terms.
It happens after surgery, with the right pillow and a recliner, you can actually sleep in.
It happens when a hot meal shows up after a long chemo day.
It happens when someone says, “I’ve been through this too. You’re not alone.”

Who We Walk With & Why We Call Them Warriors
We walk with women who are in the thick of treatment, surgery days, chemo weeks, and long, exhausting recovery.
You might be a caregiver, a working mom, or someone who’s always been the strong one. Asking for help might feel unfamiliar or even uncomfortable.
But here’s the truth:
- You shouldn’t have to prove you’re struggling to receive care.
- You deserve rest. Relief. Someone showing up without being asked.
We call you a Warrior, not because you chose this battle, but because you show up. For your family. For your life. For your healing. Even when everything feels heavy.
A Warrior isn’t just fighting cancer. She’s figuring out how to keep going through fatigue, fear, and the daily disruptions no one else sees.
And like every Warrior, you deserve to be covered with comfort, care, and compassion that meets you right where you are.
It’s okay to receive help. That’s why we’re here, to cover you in the moments that matter most.
What Makes Us Different
Real Understanding
We’ve lived through breast cancer, and we know what real support feels like. This work isn’t theoretical, it’s personal.
Focused on Real Needs
You receive comfort items and practical help that insurance often overlooks like recliners, meals, ride assistance, and post-surgical garments.
Space to Rest
We create space for you to rest, recover, and be cared for, without guilt or overwhelm.
Support that Fits You
No two Warriors are the same. We take the time to listen, understand, and respond with care that fits her unique journey.
